APRIL 7-8, 2018

The Texas Mountain Bike Racing Association’s (TMBRA) XC State Championship Series comes to our backyard as STORM hosts the Hill Country Mountain Bike Challenge at Flat Rock Ranch in Comfort, TX.  This is the largest mountain bike race in the San Antonio area with over 400 racers competing in the different age, gender, and experience-based classes.

XC lower loop is open for pre-riding all day. XC Upper loop will be open for pre-riding from sunrise to 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM to sundown. Upper loop course is closed from 2:00 PM-4:30 PM for junior racing.

Deadline for online registration is Wednesday, April 4th, 2018 at 5:00PM Central Time Zone.
Onsite registration available race weekend – add $10 fee.

USAC License required for Cat 1 and Pro racers.  Cat 2/Cat 3 racers may race without a license for an additional $10/day. Annual licenses available race day.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
FLAT ROCK RANCH is located just outside of Comfort, Texas in the beautiful Texas hill country. In 1999, STORM built and maintained mountain bike trails at Flat Rock Ranch. There are over 28 miles of sweet single-track with epic switchback climbs, technical sections and sustained descents. The trails offer stunning views of the surrounding Texas Hill Country.

Flat Rock Ranch DOES NOT ALLOW DOGS, so bring your bike, but leave Fido at home.

FOOD/DRINK – Vendor will be onsite Sunday serving burgers/sliders.
