ABOUT
ABOUT STORM
South Texas Off Road Mountain-Bikers (STORM) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 82-2008492) representing thousands of mountain bikers. As the oldest and leading mountain bike advocacy organization in San Antonio and surrounding areas, we like to ride our bikes off road and work to increase the opportunities to do so by advocating access to trails on public and private land. We support responsible mountain biking by adopting sustainable trail practices that ensure our sport’s future.
STORM assists landowners with preserving access to sustainable trails, is responsible for natural surface trail maintenance and building, and maintains several programs to increase our sport’s safety and enjoyment. Our goal is to provide riders of all skill levels the opportunity to enjoy the trails throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas for generations to come.
